改善精纺羊绒纱织片纬斜的工艺探讨

Technology of improving the chip skew of cashmere worsted fabric

精纺羊绒三合股纱在针织过程中经常出现纬斜现象,直接影响织物的外观。文章主要探讨了纺纱工艺参数的调整和成品纱回潮率的控制对三合股精纺羊绒纱纬斜的影响。通过实验对比结果表明:合股纱捻系数选择45～48,成品纱公定回潮率控制在13.5%以上,下机存放12 h以上可以有效减少织片纬斜,并且通过对回潮间进行改造缩短了回潮时间,保证回潮率达到要求,通过合理选择蒸纱工艺也可以有效减少纬斜现象。此外详细阐述了针对纬斜现象应该采取的有效的纠正方法。

In weaving process,there is skewing with worsted cashmere 3-ply yarn,which directly affects the fabric appearance.The paper discussed the influence of spinning process parameters and the resurgence to the skewing.The experimental result showed that the following measure can improve the chip skew phenomena,such as twist factor 45 ～ 48,moisture regain of yarn above 13.5%,storage over 12 hours.It retrofited the workshop of moisture,which can reduce the moisture time.Furthmore,the reasonable steaming process also can reduce the weft inclined phenomenon.
