The concept of local knitting and the knit method are simply introduced in the paper.Sweaters of various graphical three-dimensional fabric are knitted by local knitting.By way of contrast,the fabrics,that influence the outward appearance of these three-dimensional fabrics are detailedly analysed and investigated.Conclusion that factors of local knitting needle changes,local woven row number density of the local weaving and so on,affect the three-dimensional fabric of the graphic shape,size and stability.Any factors change.The sweater effects of three-dimensional fabric will change,therefore,design of three-dimensional fabric sweater pay attention to these factors.It provides more thinking for designers,and it is practically significant to promote the development of sweater fabrics.
