摘要
在基于PLC控制器研制的机电式针梳机的基础上,针对原机型因采样和延迟时间的惯性误差较大而造成的毛条匀整精度低的缺点,对原机型采样延迟系统的控制方法进行了分析和改进,提出1种以上一个毛条片段到达匀整变速点的时刻为计时起点,求得下一段毛条相对滞后时间,以此作为整个系统延迟和采样时间,不仅有效地减小了采样和延迟时间惯性误差,而且将2个时间合二为一,简化了程序步和运算量,降低了PLC的周期扫描时间。经试验验证,这种方法极大地提高了系统对毛条的匀整精度。
On the basis of electromechanical gilling machine of PLC,the research has analyzed and improved against the control method of the original sampling and delay system.It makes the last tops fragment as the beginning of the leveling transmission timing point,and get the next tops relative lag time as the delay and sampling time.It not only has reduced the inertia error of the sampling and delay time,but also maked both times together,simplified the program step and the calculation amount,reduced the cycle scanning time.By the laboratory test,the improved method has greatly raised the accuracy of the system.
