大动脉调转手术治疗48例右室双出口患儿的术后护理

Postoperative nursing of 48 children after arterial switch operation for treatment of double outlet right of ventricle

总结大动脉调转手术(ASO)治疗48例陶西平型(TBS)右室双出口(DORV)患儿的术后护理经验。本组患儿术后并发症包括:低心排综合征、反应性肺动脉高压、肺部感染等。通过严密监测,减轻心脏负荷,重视肺动脉高压反应的识别与防治,积极防控感染,以及基础护理等有针对性的措施,明显降低了并发症和病死率。本组死亡2例,其余均痊愈出院。

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of 48 children after arterial switch operation_for treatment of Taussig-Bing Syndrome type Double Outlet of Right Ventricle（DORV）. The postoperative complications in the 48 children included low output syndrome,reactive pulmonary hypertension ,lung infection,and so on. Nursing care focused on close monitor- ing,reducing heart load ,detecting and preventing reactive pulmonary hypertension ,preventing and controlling lung infection, as well as strengthening basic nursing. As a result,two cases died and the other children were cured and discharged.
