护士对开展心血管疾病连续护理的认识

Qualitative research of nurses to carry out continuous nursing care in department of cardiovascular diseases

目的探讨护士对在心血管疾病患者中实施连续护理的看法。方法运用质性研究的方法,对北京市两所三级甲等医院的12名心血管科护士进行访谈。结果连续护理理念尚未普及;其开展现状不理想;连续护理受社会因素、制度因素、执行者因素和患者因素的影响。设立专科护士、医护联合指导、开展入户服务、有效利用网络资源是开展连续护理的有效途径。结论护理管理者应针对目前连续护理存在问题、影响因素及需求,建立合理的连续护理体制,以满足慢性心血管疾病患者对医疗护理的需求。

Objective To describe nurses＇ experiences in carrying out continuous nursing care in the department of cardiovascular diseases. Method Based on qualitative research method, 12 nurses from two upper first hospitals in Beijing were interviewed individually. Result The concept of continuous nursing care had not been well known among nurses and the utiliza- tion status was poor. It was influenced by social factors, institutional factors ,nurses and patients. The effective methods to carry out continuous nursing care were training specialized nurses,Combining guidance of doctors and nurses,providing home ser- vices and making full use of network resources. Conclusion It is suggested that managers should set up a reasonable system of continuous nursing care to meet the needs of patients with chronic cardiovascular disease.
