城市图像监控系统科学布点布局问题研究

Study on Scientific Distribution of Monitoring Camera for City Video Surveillance

随着城市公共安全图像监控系统建设规模的不断扩大,如何对监控点进行科学的布点布局成为发展中的一个重要问题。首先提出一个更为有效的布点评价指标,在此基础上,通过建模,提出一种利用数学计算进行科学布点布局的方法,可用于指导城市公共安全图像监控系统的规范化建设和科学发展。

With the increasing of the construction scale for the city public safety video surveillance system, how to distribute the monitoring camera scienticially becomes one of the most important issues. In this paper, one reasonable criterion is proposed to evaluate the camera distribution efficiently. Based on this criterion, one novel method is proposed to distribute the surveillance camera scientifically, which is developed by mathematical modeling. The proposed method is helpful to the standardization development of city public safety video surveillance systems.
