摘要
对振动穿流床3层物料的流动模型进行了理论分析.揭示了悬浮层返混机理,建立了悬浮层颗粒停留时间分布模型,分析了振动层为活塞流流动,半振动半悬浮层为准活塞流流动,悬浮层为多级混和流动.在振动穿流床干燥中间试验装置上进行了3层物料的停留时间分布试验,试验结果与理论分析和模型吻合.
Flow models of three layers materials in a hot gas penetrating vibratedf bed is theoretical analyzed. The backmixing mechanism of the suspension layer is revealed, and the residence time distribution model of the suspension layer is set up. It is analyzed that the flow model of the vibrated layer can be treated as a plug flow, that of the hemivibration and hemisuspension layer as a near plug flow,and that of the suspension layer as a multistage mixing flow. Tests on residence time distributions of three layers materials are carried out on a pilot test apparatus. The test results well coincide with the theoretical analysis and the mathematical model.
