摘要
金川有色金属公司所属地下矿山在高地应力区复杂的地质条件下,坚持以胶结充填采矿为基础,依靠科技进步,不断地探索新的采矿方法和回采方案,提高采矿效率;试验研究充填新工艺、新技术、新材料,完善充填系统;深入研究充填体力学作用机理,强化岩石力学与工程的研讨;发展机械化胶结充填的相关技术;建立现代化的矿山管理方法。经过多年的发展,逐步形成了一整套十分有效的、标准化的开采模式,实现了不留矿柱大面积下向连续回采,并且达到了高产高效和低损失、低贫化的目标。但是,对未来的深部开采仍面临着许多挑战。
The underground mine of Ji,lchuan Non-ferrous Metals COrporation is located in high stratastrafe it applies the cementation filling mining. The mining efficiency has increased by scientific-technicalprogress and uninterrupted approching to the new mining and stoping technologies. To improve the filling system, new techonologies, new techniques and new materials had been researched and tested. To strengthen theresearch of rock mechanics for projects, the deep research of the mechanical mechanism of filled mass was made.The mechanized cementation filling technique was developed. The modernized mine management system was established. Through the progr of many year, a set of effective mining mades were formed progressivdy, largearea downward continuous stoping without pillars was applied, and the targets of high--output, high--efficiency,low loss, and low dilution were achieved. However, many challenges are still faced with future deep mining.
