摘要
系统分析了煤矿本质安全文化的影响因素及各要素间存在的复杂反馈依存关系,结合网络分析法对复杂网络关系处理的优点,构建了基于生态学视角的本质安全建设水平评价模型和方法,从物资系统、能量系统和信息系统3个方面建立了评价指标体系,利用决策软件计算了各指标的相应权重,并通过实例分析进行了验证。结果表明,该方法具有较强的可操作性和实用性,在实际应用中具有很好的效果。
The elements of mine＇ s essential security culture and their complex feedback interdependence relationship is analyzed, an evaluation model and its methodology based on essential security culture of ecological prospective is constructed in accordance with the ANP. The evaluation index system from the material system, energy system and information system is built, the corrisponding weight of each index is calculated and verified and the results show that this method is operational and practical.
