数据链作为C^4ISR系统的重要组成部分,承担了C^4ISR系统大部分信息流的分发任务,是C^4ISR系统夺取信息优势的重要保证,因此,如何分析和评价数据链的信息优势能力及其对C^4ISR系统整体信息优势的影响是数据链系统建设中一个重要的研究课题。在分析C^4ISR系统工作流程的基础上,给出了通信子域信息优势的评价指标定义及评估模型;并且重点分析了数据链的连通性、传输可靠性以及实时性对通信子域信息质量的影响,进而给出了数据链信息优势的数学描述和评估模型,并分析了其在整个C^4ISR系统信息优势中的影响。

As the key part of C4ISR system, Data Link is responsible for its distribution of information. And it is important for C4ISR system to guarantee the information superiority in the battlefield. Analysis and quantify evaluation of information superiority of data link is a very important subject. Based on analyzing the working procedure of the C4ISR system, the definition of information superiority indexes in communication sub-domain was proposed and evaluated by three elements of the quality of information, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. The effect on the information superiority caused by connectivity, transmission reliability and real-time performance of data link in communication sub-domain was analyzed, and the evaluation model of data link information superiority was proposed.
