摘要
结合陇南市城市空间拓展难的现实,从建设用地投入产出、用地结构、强度及发展趋势等方面构建土地集约利用评价体系。以土地利用变更数据及第二次土地调查数据为基础,运用因子分析法,对陇南市建设用地集约利用水平进行综合评价,分析其时间变化趋势及空间差异的原因,为城市土地资源的集约利用及区域政策的制定提供参考。研究结果表明:1)陇南市2000-2007年建设用地集约度稳步上升,土地利用方式逐步走向集约;2)各县区建设用地集约水平较低且差异显著,影响集约度差异的因素各异;3)集约利用水平等级划分表明:集约度与区域所处经济阶段高度相关。
We tried to construct a comprehensive evaluation system on constructive land use intensity from the perspectives of inputs and outputs efficiency,land use structure,strength and trends of land size ,etc. Based on the reality of broadening difficulties of Longnan,with land use changing data and the second land survey data, we applied factor analysis to evaluate the intensive level of constructive land,analyzed its temporal changing trend and spatial differences,also clarified the reasons to provide references for urban land resources intensively use and establishing regional policy. The results showed that: 1) The constructive Land use intensity increased steadily during 2000-2007,the land use patterns were gradually becoming intensive; 2) Intensive level of constructive land of each county was lower,at the same time differences appeared significant. And factors affecting the intensity were various; 3) Hierarchy of land use intensity showed that intensity had strong correlation with regional economic stage.
