摘要
目的:优选小儿百部止咳颗粒的成型工艺。方法:考察不同辅料对小儿百部止咳颗粒成型性、吸湿性和临界相对湿度的影响,并用综合评分法筛选出制备小儿百部止咳颗粒的最优辅料及处方组成,筛选矫味剂甜菊素的用量,测定颗粒的临界相对湿度。结果:制备小儿百部止咳颗粒最佳处方组成为4份浸膏粉与3份乳糖、3份可溶性淀粉混合制粒,甜菊素的用量为0.8%,颗粒的临界相对湿度56%。结论:该法所制颗粒成型性、溶解性好,且不易吸湿,较为理想。
Objective:To optimize the molding technology of Xiaoer Baibu Zhike granule. Method: Investigated the affect of different excipients on the formability, hygroscopicity and critical relative humidity. Grading methods of synthesizing multiple guidelines were applied to optimizing excipients and composition of prescription for Xiaoer Baibu Zhike granule, selecting the dosage of stevioside, measuring the critical relative humidity. Result: The optimum composition of prescription consisted of 4 portions of extraet powder, 3 portions of lactose and 3 portions of soluble starch, the dosage of stevioside was 0. 8% , the critical relative humidity was 56%. Conclusion: The molding technology was reasonable:good formability, high solubility and not liable to moisture absorption.
