摘要
目的:研究中药材黄芩根茎氯仿部位的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱色谱、制备薄层色谱技术对黄芩氯仿部位进行分离,纯化。通过波谱数据对化合物进行结构解析。结果:从黄芩根茎的氯仿部位分离、纯化得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇(1),苯甲酸(2),千层纸素-A(3),汉黄芩素(4),黄芩素(5),5,7-二羟基-6-甲氧基二氢黄酮(6),黄芩黄酮-Ⅱ(7),6,7,8-三甲氧基-5,2′-二羟基黄酮(8),5-甲氧基-7-羟基二氢黄酮(9),5,7,2′,5′-四羟基-8,6′-二甲氧基黄酮(10)。结论:化合物(9)为在该植物中首次发现。
Objective: Study the chemical constituents of the radixs of Scutellaria baicalensis. Method: Use column chromatography and preparation thin layer chromatography to separateand purify the compounds. Structure analysis were carried out by buclear magnetic resonance (NMR) technology. Result: Ten compounds were separated and purified from chloroform parts of S. baicalensis, and identified as β-sitosterol ( 1 ), benzoic acid (2), oroxylin-A ( 3 ), wogonin ( 4 ), baicalein ( 5 ), dihydroroxylinA ( 6 ), skullcapflavone- Ⅱ ( 7 ), tenaxin- Ⅰ ( 8 ), 5-methoxy- 7-hydroxyflavonone ( 9 ), 5,7,2', 5 '-tetrahydroxy-8,6'-dimethoxyflavone ( 10 ). Conclusion : Compound ( 9 ) were discovered from S. baicalensis for the first time.
