摘要
为了保证惯性破碎机运转的稳定性,从分析机器稳定运转时的运动特征入手,建立动锥和环锥的力和力矩平衡方程,研究了惯性破碎机的动力学,提出了激振器的驱动功率N0、破碎力P和运动部件的动能T的计算公式,得出机器稳定运转必须满足α>α0或s>s0的结论,对于合理选择惯性破碎机的动力学参数具有实际意义.
In order to improve the steadiness in operation of the inertia crusher, this paper, starting with the analysis of the machine′s motion characteristics in its steady operation, establishes the equilibrium equation of moment and force of concave ring and cone, studies kinetics of the inertia crusher, suggests formulas for calculating driving power of forced vibrator N 0, crushing force P and kinetic energy of parts in motion T , and draws the conclusion that the steadiness in operation of machine must accord with the requirements: α>α 0 or s>s 0. It is of practical significance for rational choice of the kinetic parameter of the inertia crusher.
