摘要
介绍了电镦过程中砧座与工件之间接触电阻的形成、变化过程及原理,给出相应的计算公式.为电镦加热的智能控制器的设计提供了理论依据。
This paper describes the forming process and the varying regulation of the contact resistance around the contact surface between the anvil and the work piece, and the formula of contact resistance is provided. Theoretical basis is supplied for the designing of the current regulator on the upsetting machine. Satisfactory results have been achieved in practical application.
