摘要
一个项目从立项到运行会存在很多风险,而且各种风险相互关联。施工企业的风险主要来源于建设项目的合同订立阶段,因此,合同风险成为施工企业风险控制的首要内容。文章对合同风险的种类进行分析,并提出有效控制合同风险的策略。
A project has many risks from its establishment to operation,while many risks are interrelated.These risks are produced when the project＇s contract is made.In this case,the risk of contract has become the primary content for the risk control in construction enterprises.The article analyzes the categories of contract risks and puts forward the strategies[or effectively controlling them.
