The article illustrates several measures to Strive for Punctuality in the 220 kV Transmission Line Project from Myanmar Shweli First-class Hydropower Station to Dagon Hill Nickel Mine,and points out especially that bulky materials should be sent to material station before rainy season,construction subcontractors who could organize well should be dismissed and measures to cope with road surface in rainy seasons.Therefore the project can meet the time requirement in the contract. In practice,it has shown that these unusual measures are effective to win time.
