The paper mainly introduces the design for the air-conditioner of research floor,the ventilation,the fire-fighting,and the underground heating system,provides the selection ways for the cold and heat origins,air supply way of air-conditioner＇s fresh coil with fresh air,the ventilation way of partial rooms,the smoke buffing and extraction way of underground garage,and the system self-control way,so as to have the direction significance for the heating and ventilating air-conditioner design of similar projects.
