摘要
结合四川省色尔古水电站大坝下游黑水河上的预应力钢筋混凝土T梁交通桥的质量控制情况,从配合比设计、模板加工及安装、钢筋加工及制安、原材料质量控制、混凝土浇筑及养护、压浆等方面阐述了预制T梁的施工工艺及质量控制措施,对指导施工具有很好的实用性,同时也对设计具有一定的参考价值。
Integrating with quality control condition of prestressed steel reinforced concrete T beam traffic bridge on Heishui river of Seergu hydropower station dam in Sichuan province,expounds construction technology and quality control measures of precast T beam from aspects of mixing proportion,template machining and installation,steel machining and production and installation,raw material quality control,concrete grouting and maintenance,mudjacking and so on,which is adaptable for guiding construction instruments,and have certain reference value for design at the same time.
