钻井施工现场存在管理信息不畅通的缺陷,无法跟踪监控井场生产运行和安全管理情况,监督管理还存在死角。开发应用"钻井施工现场网络视频监控系统",开启视频可及时交换信息,进行面对面的进行上下级之间工作汇报、交流、并下达工作指令,及时纠正和制止违章;当现场生产应急事件发生时,通过该系统能第一时间掌握现场情况,及时启动应急预案;提高油田钻井施工现场安全管理和应急管理水平。

In the drilling site, the management infonation is not smooth, and we can not track and monitor the well field production operations and safety management, so the supervision management still have dead angle. For this, we developed and applied the ＂ video monitoring system in drilling site＂. Through the video, we can timely exchange information, conduct work reporting and communication between the upper and lower levels face to face, and issue work orders, promptly correct and stop the violation; when the emergency happened, can grasp the situation at the first time and launch emergency response plan through the system; increase the level of safety management and emergency management in drillina site.
