摘要
本论文首先以电阻值为例,分析原始电阻值和烘烤后电阻值的统计数据回归关系的同时,也分析原始电阻值和烘烤后电阻值数据的可靠性。
This paper is taking resistance as example first and analyzes statistical data of regress relation between original resistances and after baking resistances, at the same time, it also analyzes reliability between original resistances and after baking resistances.
