摘要
随着企业管理水平的不断提高,ERP软件在越来越多的企业中得到了应用,大大地推动了企业管理信息化的进程。但是,ERP在企业面对多变化的成本管理和决策方面,仍然显得有心无力。Excel作为一套著名的电子表格软件,集万能的表格计算、丰富的图形显示和方便的数据管理于一体,体现了他在企业成本管理中不可替代的优势。本文通过对企业当前成本管理现状的分析,提出了利用Excel进行成本管理的思路和步骤,以期为企业成本管理的完善提供新思路。
With the continuous improvement of enterprise management, ERP has been applied in a growing number of companies, which greatly promoted the process of enterprise management information. However, it is hard to settle the changeable cost management and decision-making in the enterprise. Excel is saw as a famous electronic form, which makes the set omnipotent tabular computation, rich graphics display and convenient data management in the whole. It is not instead during the cost management. In the essay, with analysis of the current management condition, it is aim to give new idea to improve the enterprise cost management by using the excel.
