摘要
本文从解释核心能力刚性的概念入手,分析了核心能力刚性的发展的路线和显示原因及其对企业可持续发展的阻碍,并从其产生的根源出发提出以适应环境变化的创新和变革从而达到对其进行提前的有效预防和解决的建议。
Starting from explaining the concept of core rigidities, this paper analyzes the development path of core rigidities, showing cause and obstacles of sustainable development of enterprises, proposes innovation and change that adapt to environmental changes from its root causes to make effective prevention and resolution recommendations in advance.
