The main factors of frequent cases in financial institutions are that they can not timely master the thought condition of staff, has neglected the employees＇ life interest of ＂eight hours＂ outside, which lead to they could not take effective measures to prevent. Through analyzing the employee behavior, this paper discusses the problems existing in behavior grate of the employees and the effective methods of behavior grate of ＂eight hours＂ outside to curb the cases.
