独立学院多校区办学条件下的财务系统构建方案

The Construction Program of Finance System on Multi-Campus of Independent College

随着高等教育管理体制改革的快速推进,近几年各地高校合并现象渐多,多校区大学在全国大多数地区都已经出现。如何对不同校区进行有效的财务管理成为急待解决的问题。VPN(虚拟专用网络)技术不仅为解决多校区间财务信息的"孤岛"提供了有效的手段,而且是一种既安全可靠又节约成本的新型组网方式。本文以笔者所在的独立学院为例,分析了高校普遍存在的财务系统构建使用现状,提出采用VPN技术完善多校区办学条件下的财务系统构建方案。

With the rapid progress of higher education management system reform in recent years, an increasing phenomenon-Merged around the university, multi-campus of one university in the country have emerged in most of the regions. The problems need to be solved will be how to make effective financial management on different campuses of one university. VPN （Virtual Private Network） technology not only provide an effective means to solve the problems in the financial information of the ＂ Isolated＂ situation, but also is a new, safe and economic networking way. In this paper, the researcher who is working in the independent college, taking her own example, analyzes the present situation of building the financial system of colleges. Moreover, the researcher suggests making good use of VPN technology to improve the mlulti-campus of one university＇s financial system construction program.
