随着我国教育体制改革的不断深入,大学生的就业问题已成为社会、高校、家庭及学生共同关注的焦点。对影响大学生就业的主客观因素进行分析,拟提出解决大学生就业难的问题。

With the reform of China＇s education system, college students＇ employment has become the common focus of society, higher education institutions, families and students. Subjective and objective affecting factors of employment of college students were analyzed to propose solutions to employment problems of college students.
