摘要
力量训练方法不同,效果不同。不同年龄、性别、训练水平采用的方法也应该尽可能不同。本文采用文献资料查阅、专家访谈、数理统计等方法,进行了系统、细致的调查访问,针对普通大学生不同的生理特点、不同训练水平,有的放矢的力量训练,可以达到事倍功半的效果。
The methods of strength training are different, which have different results. The methods which are used in different age, gender, level of training also should be as different. In this paper, the author carried out detailed investigation by using literature, expert interviews, statistics and other methods. For the different physiological characteristics and different level of training of college students, targeted strength training can aehieve twice the result with half the effort.
