In the process of internationalization of education, it will inevitably make signing of written agreement in international exchanges. Cooperation is a win-win partner; a range of agreement is the basis for good cooperation to the two sides, the English translation of the contract become more and more important. If the translation is inaccurate or loosely bound, it will cause unnecessary economic disputes. This text analyzes fundamental aspects of the contract translation; the author hopes to improve the translation and writing skills of English contract.
