本文介绍了在食品检验中所应用到的免疫标记技术,分别讲述了其中的免疫酶技术、免疫荧光技术、发光免疫测定法、放射免疫测定法和免疫胶体金技术在食品检验中的技巧及方法。
This paper presents the immunolabelling technique used in food inspection, such as immunoenzyme technics, immunofluorescence technique, iuminescenee immunoassay, radioimmunoassay and immune colloidal gold technique, and the skills and methods.
