摘要
曲轴被广泛应用于汽车行业中,是汽车发动机内重要的零部件之一,其品质好坏直接影响着发动机和整车的性能。本文首先应用三维造型Pro/Engineer软件对中型汽车用曲轴进行了三维实体建模,其次采用ANSYS协同分析平台对曲轴受四种不同载荷工况进行了有限元分析,得到了应力应变场分布情况,其曲轴分析结果可为曲轴设计提供一定的理论依据和参考。
Crankshaft is widely used in automotive industry, and is an important component in the car engine. It will have a direct impact on the quality of the engine and vehicle performance. Crankshaft 3d modeling is created using three-dimensional modeling Pro/e software. Then using ANSYS analysis platform for crankshaft WORKBENCH coordination by four different load of the finite element analysis, the stress and strain distribution are obtained. The analysis results for crankshaft design provide certain theoretical basis and the reference.
