摘要
商品住宅建筑设计方案评选是房地产企业工程成本控制的关键环节。依据建设部JGJ47-88规定,建立商品住宅建筑设计方案评价指标体系,利用熵与未知测度理论建立综合评价模型,并通过实证分析验证其适应性和可操作性。
To evaluate and select a architecture design scheme of the commercial residential building is the key to control project cost of the real estate corporation. A relative index system to architecture design scheme of the commercial residential building is formed according to JGJ47-88 of the Ministry of Construction of China. Then a comprehensive evaluation model is built based on entropy and unascertained measure theory, and through an example to verify the applicability and feasibility of the model.
