摘要
工程项目招投标阶段基本确定了工程的造价、工期、质量标准,是项目前期工作的重中之重。由于招投标本身受到很多方面的影响,也存在很多的风险,导致不少工程项目失败。因此,如何预见招投标阶段的风险,并且加以规避和转移风险,是一项重要课题,对项目管理实践具有重要指导意义。
The cost, schedule and quality standards of engineering has been basically determined in the bidding stage of project, so the bidding stage is the top priority of work in preproject. Due to the bidding itself imquenced by many aspects, there are a lot of risk, which leads to many projects fail. Therefore, it is an important topic to foresee the risk in bidding stage and avoid and transfer the risk, which has the important instruction meaning in project management practice.
