摘要
本文主要探讨了铁路工程项目成本管理的必要性,同时分析了目前铁路施工企业成本管理的现状,并提出了相关加强项目成本管理的措施。
This paper mainly discussed the necessity of cost management of railway engineering project, and analyzed the status of cost management in railway construction enterprise, and proposed the related measures to strengthen the project cost management.
