摘要
运用先进科学的信息系统提高企业的管理水平,已成为中小企业发展的关键。论文概述了ERP的管理思想,分析了中小企业ERP实施的状况,针对实施中存在的问题提出了中小企业在ERP应用中的对策建议,以提高ERP实施的效率,促进企业管理水平的提升。
Using advanced science and information system to improve the management level of enterprises has become the key to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper summarized the ERP management ideas, analyzed the implementing situation of ERP in small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming at the existing problems in the implementation of ERP in small and medium-sized enterprises put forward countermeasures and suggestions, in order to improve the efficiency of implementing ERP and promote the management level.
