近年来的煤矿建设高峰,既加剧了矿建施工企业的竞争,也导致了煤炭的供需基本平衡甚至一度过剩。因此,实施精益管理以增强持续竞争和持续发展能力是煤矿建设施工企业的最佳选择。本文以中煤第五建设有限公司为例,探讨了煤矿建设施工企业实施精益化管理的重要性和可能性。
The coal mine construction peak in recent years not only intensifies the competition between the mine construction enterprise, also has caused the basical balance even excess between the coal supply and demand. Therefore, it is the best choice to implement lean management to enhance sustainable competitiveness and sustainable development ability for coal mine construction enterprise. Taking the Fifth Construction Co., Ltd. of China Coal as an example, this paper discusses the importance and possibilities of the implementation of lean management for coal mine construction enterprises.
