Study on the Validity of Communication between Graduate Students and Their Tutors in Army School

军校研究生与导师沟通的有效性不仅关系到研究生个人的成长进步,也关系到和谐师生关系的构建,更关乎我军培养高层次人才宏伟战略的实现。军校研究生与导师之间存在着诸多沟通障碍,运用管理学的沟通理论对沟通障碍进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了克服研究生与导师沟通障碍的对策。

The validity of communication between graduate students and their tutors in army school not only plays an important role in the growth of the graduate individuals, but also affects the establishment of harmonious relation between graduate students and their tutors, besides, it will influence the realization of the cultivation strategy of high-level talents. The communication obstacles are identified and the causes of them are analyzed. The counter measures of improvement the validity of communication between graduate students and their tutors are proposed.
