组织间隙氧分压的数值模拟及统计分析

摘要 研究如何通过测量组织间隙离散点的氧分压来进行局部组织的氧供应情况分析,以及进行机体相关参数分析。基于组织氧扩散的圆柱模型,利用Matlab软件,对单根、双根同血流及异血流方向血管和多根同血流方向血管周围组织中的氧分压分布进行数值仿真,并用统计分析方法对数值模拟结果进行频率分析。理论模拟组织氧分压的概率分布规律与动物实验结果很相似,并且可以得到组织间隙氧分压的概率分布与单根血管的供氧区域(R)和组织间隙氧扩散系数(K)的定量关系。理论研究证实,可以通过测量组织间隙离散点的氧分压来描述局部组织的氧供应情况,为临床确定局部组织供血情况和组织间隙氧扩散系数提供一个有效方法。 Due to measuring oxygen partial pressure of discrete points inside body,we study how to analyze oxygen supply condition in the local tissue.Based on the oxygen diffusion model,we apply Matlab software to simulate oxygen partial pressure distribution in the single capillaries,double capillary with the same blood flow direction or reverse flow direction,multi-capillaries with the same blood flow direction and analyze the distribution frequency.The theoretical results nearly coincide with the experimental data.In the addition,we established the relationship between oxygen distribution and local interstitial parameters such as the tissue radius of oxygen(R) and the interstitial oxygen diffusion coefficient(K).Furthermore,the method provides an effective method to obtain the blood supply of local tissue(R) and the interstitial oxygen diffusion coefficient(K).
