构建和谐社会是我国进入现代化建设时期的一项重要任务。构建少数民族地区的语言和谐环境,则是构建和谐社会的重要内容之一。民族语言文字平等关系到边疆地区的社会稳定,关系到教育公平和民族团结。少数民族要获得真正的发展,母语接受教育的权利必须得到尊重与保障。

Constructing harmonic society is a significant phase of the mordenisation of our contry.To construct a harmonic envinonment of languages for the minorities is an important part of the construction of harmonic society.The equality of ethbic languages is necessary to the stablisation of social order,equal opportunity of education and unity of ethnic groups in borden earas.For the development of the minorities,the right of getting schooling in parent language have to be respected and warranted.
