五步推拿法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Five-step-manipulation in the Treatment of Nerve Root Type of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:观察五步推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:神经根型颈椎病60例随机分为2组;治疗组30例采取自创推拿手法治疗,对照组30例采用常规推拿手法治疗。治疗14次后,观察2组ADL评分和总疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为92.3%,对照组为73.3%(P<0.05);治疗后2组ADL评分明显增加(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自创推拿手法治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of five-step-manipulation therapy for nerve root type of cervical spondylosis.Methods：Sixty cases with nerve root type of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group treated with self-created manipulation,and control group treated with conventional manipulation,30 cases in each group.After treatment,ADL scores were records.Results：The effective rate was 92.3% and 73.3% in treatment and control group,respectively（P0.05）.After treatment,the ADL score was significantly increased（P0.05,P0.01）,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Five-step-manipulation therapy is effective for nerve root type of cervical spondylosis.
