中药熏洗配合小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Fumigating and Washing with Chinese Herbs combining with Akupotomye in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察中药熏洗配合小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合入选标准的病例50例82膝,其中轻度21膝,中度37膝,重度24膝,应用自制中药熏洗每日2次,小针刀治疗每5日1次,20d为1个疗程。结果:比较治疗前后效果,显效26膝,好转50膝,无效6膝,有效率92.7%。结论:中药熏洗配合小针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效准确,可靠。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of fumigating and washing with Chinese herbs combining with akupotomye on knee osteoarthritis（KOA）.Methods：Fifty patients with KOA（82 knees） were enrolled in the present study.All patients received fumigating and washing twice a day and akupotomye every 5 days.One course lasts 20 days.Results：After treatment,excellent effect was observed in 26 knees,good effect in 50 knees,and no effect in 6 knees.The effective rate was 92.7%.Conclusion： Fumigating and washing with Chinese herbs combining with akupotomye has good effect on knee osteoarthritis.
