吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术并发症的防治 被引量：16

摘要 痔是一种常见病、多发病.自1975年Thompson首先提出＂肛垫下移学说＂以来,痔的治疗观念不断更新.1998年,意大利Palermo大学的外科医生Antonio Longo首先用吻合器治疗痔,为痔的治疗开创了一个新纪元.至2009年,全世界已累计完成吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术（procedure for prolapse and haemorrhoids,PPH）15万例.
