小肠切除术后短肠综合征的治疗选择 被引量：4

摘要 短肠综合征（short bowel syndrome,SBS）是指因各种原因引起广泛小肠切除后,机体不能适应肠道吸收而积骤然减少,而导致水电解质代谢紊乱以及各种营养物质吸收不良的综合征.主要表现为严重腹泻、水电解质紊乱、代谢障碍、吸收不良和进行性营养不良,严重者可危及生命.
