胃切除手术后并发症的防治措施 被引量：10

摘要 胃大部切除术后并发症作为一个重要内容早已写入教科书，而近年来，随着医疗器械和设备的进步、手术方法和消化道重建方式的不断改进．胃手术并发症也发生了相应变化。因此，本文根据笔者经验结合国内外相关文献，谈谈胃切除术后主要并发症的防治状况。
