克罗恩病腹腔脓肿的临床特点和治疗 被引量：3

摘要 克罗恩病（Crohn disease,CD）病程中腹腔脓肿的形成早已被学者们观察到.在Crohn的原始描述中,已经认识到腹腔脓肿是局限性回肠炎的显著特征之一.CD腹腔脓肿约占所有因腹腔脓肿而行剖腹术患者的0.5%：有12%～28%的CD患者将发展为腹腔脓肿.此类患者的早期诊断和治疗是一个富有挑战的课题.
