锁定接骨板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折

Locking proximal humerus plate for proximal humerus fractures in elderly patients

目的探讨肱骨近端锁定接骨板（LPHP）治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法采用LPHP治疗47例肱骨近端骨折。术后均加强功能锻炼。患肩功能按Constant肩关节评分系统进行评价。结果患者均获随访,时间6~18（12±6）个月。骨折均愈合,时间4~8（6±2）个月。根据Constant评分标准评分为78~96（87.2±8.5）分,功能优29例,良11例,中7例,优良率为85.1%。结论 LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折具有坚强固定、合并症少、手术简单、骨折愈合快,功能恢复好等优点,特别适合用于治疗老年骨质疏松患者。

Objective To study the clinical results of application of locking proximal humerus plate for proximal humerus fractures.Methods 47 cases of proximal humerus fractures were operated with locking proximal humerus plate.Assessment was done using the Constant shoulder score.Results The follow up period was 6~18（12±6） months and it showed that all fractures were healed with average union period of 4~8（6±2） months.By Constant scoring system,the scores were 87.2±8.5（range,78~96）.There were 29 excellent cases,11 good and 4 fair.The excellent and good rate was 85.1%.Conclusions Locking proximal humerus plate is a minimally invasive device which have fewer complications and higher bone union rate,and especially is good for the aged patients with osteoporosis.
