Philos锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折近期疗效

The short term effect of Philos locking plate in treating the comminuted proximal humeral fractures

目的评价Philos锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法对17例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折予切开复位Ph ilos锁定钢板内固定治疗。术后通过X线评估骨折愈合及内固定情况,使用Neer肩关节功能评定标准对患肢功能进行评价。结果 17例均获随访,时间6~12个月。X线显示骨折愈合时间为3~6个月,无内固定松动、断裂。肩关节功能Neer评分：优13例,良3例,可1例。结论对肱骨近端粉碎性骨折和（或）骨折疏松患者,采用切开复位、Philos锁定钢板内固定是一种可靠有效的治疗手段。

Objective To evaluate the clininal outcomes of the Philos locking plate treating the communited proximal humeral fractures.Methods Seventeen patients of proximal humeral fractures treated with Philos locking plate were studied retrospectively.The fracture union rate and internal fixations were evaluated by X-ray,while outcome of shoulder function was evaluated with Neer rating system.Results All cases were follow up for 6～12 months.All cases recovered with good healing of fracture,and the fractures healing time ranged 3～6 months.No loosening and break of internal fixations were found.According to Neer criteria,the results were excellent in 13 cases,good in 3,and fair in 1.Conclusions It is a good treatment for the patients of comminuted proximal humeral fracture and（or） osteoporosis with Philos locking plate.
