摘要
目的探讨经皮空心加压钛质螺钉微创治疗内踝骨折疗效。方法采用经皮空心钛钉治疗内踝骨折32例。结果 32例均获随访,时间6~48(20±8.6)个月。骨折全部愈合,时间2.7~4.6(3.2±0.39)个月。Baird踝关节评分:优19例,良9例,可4例。无相关并发症发生。结论经皮空心钛钉微创治疗内踝骨折具有创伤小、骨折复位好、并发症少、骨折愈合快、关节功能恢复好等优点。
Objective To evaluate clinical results of medial malleolar fractures treated by minimally invasive osteosynthesis with cannulated screw.Methods 32 cases of medial malleolar fractures were treated by minimally invasive osteosynthesis.Results All cases had been followed up for 6~48 months with an average of(20±8.6) months.The healing time ranged from 2.7 to 4.6 months averaged(3.2±0.39) months.According to the Baird scoring system,the results were rated as excellent in 19 cases,good in 9 and fair in 4 cases,with no related complications.Conclusions This treatment method has advantages as follows: mini-wound,good reduction of fractures,few complications,early exercises,fracture healing faster and good functional recovery of ankle joint.
