摘要
采用玉米秆和棉花秆两种生物质在热解温度400℃、500℃、600℃和850℃下制成生物质焦,在不同的烟气温度下,进行脱除模拟烟气中SO2的试验。实验表明生物质焦样具有一定的脱除SO2的能力,其吸附效率与焦样的热解温度有关;所得的玉米秆焦样中,热解温度为600℃和850℃的焦样吸附效果较好,所得的棉花秆焦样中热解温度为400℃焦样的吸附效果较好。烟气温度对焦样的吸附效果有影响,较低的烟气温度对吸附有利。
Two kinds of biomass chars were obtained at the pyrolysis temperature of 400℃ 500℃ 600℃ and 850℃ from cornstalk and cotton stem, respectively. The desulfurization experiments of sulfur dioxide of the flue gas were carried out at different temperatures. The experiments results show that the biomass chars have a certain admrption capacity for sulfur dioxide. The pyrolysis temperature has an effect on the adsorp- tion efficiency. Among the cornstalk chars, the chars obtained at pyrolysis temperatures of 600℃ and 850℃ have the higher adsorption efficiency. Among the cotton stem chars, the chars got at a pyrolysis temperature of 400~C have the higher adsorption efficiency. The flue gas temperature has an effect on the adsorption efficiency too, and flue gas at the lower temperature is advantageous to adsorption.
