摘要
大批量定制的模式下企业的ETO产品多设计项目受到时间、资源等多重约束,项目规划效率不高。通过在项目规划阶段建立基于产品族的项目主模板,增加节点约束集、时间约束集、资源约束集,简化规划过程复杂迭代的搜索过程,实现多项目环境下项目实例的有效快速配置。以在多项目并行环境下的ETO产品工业汽轮机设计项目快速规划为例进行了验证,表明此快速规划方法在多项目环境下快速规划新项目方面起到很好的作用。
To improve the efficiency of project planning for Engineer to Order (ETO) product design projects in the mass customization mode, a rapid project planning method based on configuration was proposed. Traditional project planning methods performed less efficiently because of the influence of time, resources, and other uncertain constraints in multiple ETO product design projects. A Master Project Work Breakdown Structure (M-WBS) template based on product family was constructed, so as to incorporate sets of time-constraint, resource-constraint and node matching rules. Consequently, application of M-WBS template simplifies complexity of iterative search algorithm comparing with the bound variables of constraints in project planning processes. This method within M-WBS template was applied in multiple ETO product design projects environment to achieve an effective and rapid configuration of projects. Finally, this method was evaluated in ETO parallel-projects environment of an industrial steam turbine enterprise. Multiple design projects of industrial steam turbine were planned successfully. Result illustrates that the method performed feasibly and operationally.
