摘要
用PEG-6000溶液引发处理中杂9号(大果型)和美味樱桃(小果型)番茄种子,设置不同的时间和渗透势,以筛选出不同类型种子的最佳处理水平和方法。结果表明,中杂9号种子,渗透势最佳水平为-0.75 MPa,时间最佳水平为14 d,最佳处理方法为-0.75 MPa下处理7 d。美味樱桃种子,渗透势最佳水平为-0.75 MPa,时间最佳水平为21 d,最佳处理方法为-0.75 MPa下处理21 d。
Tomato seeds Zhong za No.9(big fruit type) and Mei Wei Cherry(small fruit type) were primed in PEG-6000 at different osmotic potential for different days in order to obtain the best treatment method.The results showed that the optimal osmotic potential and time for Zhong za No.9 tomato seeds were-0.75MPa and 14 days respectively.After being primed at-0.75MPa for 14 days,tomato seeds vitality and enzymes activitiies increased significantly.The optimal osmotic potential and time for Mei Wei Cherry tomato seeds were-0.75MPa and 21 days respectively.The two treatments combination obtained the best result for this type.
